·         Implemented successful rollout of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 with 3.5 enhancements into the shared server farms. Allowed developers to used Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to provide support for additional features on Windows Mobile and Windows Embedded CE devices.

·         Developed Internet Security Controls documentation, ensuring The Hartford’s security documentation was in alignment with IBM’s internal security standards.

·         Reduced loss of company e-commerce revenue by 100% using strong problem resolution and system application skills.

·         Collaborated on disaster recovery efforts with other internal support areas with web server configurations in Boulder, CO., allowing major business operations to continue in lieu of major local data center outages

·         Planned, designed, and installed new internal and public-internet web-based applications on dedicated server farms and shared server farms enabling centralized web support and web application standards increasing company e-commerce revenue.
